Last week, KTV Working Drone Belgium completed a particularly impressive project in Leuven: the façade cleaning of De Drie Kreeften, an iconic building in the portfolio of AG Real Estate.

The complex is known for its unique architecture, distinctive façade structure, and challenging heights. In addition, the building is not equipped with a roof lift or gondola system, making traditional cleaning methods both difficult and costly.

Using drone technology, KTV Working Drone offers a safe, efficient, and cost-effective alternative. Without the need for scaffolding, aerial lifts, or expensive installations, we were able to clean the entire building quickly and evenly, with minimal disruption to residents and the surrounding area.

KTV Working Drone Cayman Islands recently carried out façade and window cleaning for 60 Nexus at Camana Bay in the Cayman Islands. The client for the project was Dart.

The work was performed using heated pure water, which is especially effective in areas exposed to ocean salt spray. Although the building is relatively new, the surfaces were affected by dust and debris from the construction of a new ten-storey building next door, in addition to general salt accumulation due to the coastal location.

The cleaning was completed efficiently, restoring the façade and windows to a clean condition, all in the beautiful surroundings of the Cayman Islands.

KTV Working Drone was used for façade and window cleaning on a 120-meter landmark building, the tallest in Ghent, Belgium.

The project was carried out by KTV Working Drone Finland in cooperation with KTV Working Drone Belgium. KTV SelfCleaner was first applied to the façades, followed a few weeks later by final high-pressure cleaning using the drone. The entire job was completed in approximately one week.

Norway takes the lead as the Opera House in Oslo, becomes the first in the world to be cleaned by drone.

The Norwegian National Opera & Ballet, known as the Opera House (in Oslo), has made history as the world’s first opera house to be cleaned by drone. The work was carried out by KTV in collaboration with ISS Facility Services Norway, marking a groundbreaking shift in how large and complex buildings are maintained.

Using the KTV Working Drone, both the marble and glass façades were safely and efficiently cleaned, without the need for scaffolding or lifts. The drone is guided by advanced sensors and navigation systems, ensuring millimeter precision and a level of quality previously unattainable through manual cleaning.

The Opera House’s signature white marble was washed using KTV’s Pure water-method, which uses clean, filtered water without chemicals. This method removes dirt and pollution gently while preserving the natural brilliance of the marble.

The work was carried out during hours that did not affect visitors and also included thorough cleaning of the interior glass surfaces. The result is an Opera House that once again shines in its full architectural glory, clean, clear, and radiant.

The project demonstrates how Norwegian technology and innovation are leading the way globally and confirms KTV’s position as a pioneer in modern cleaning.

It has been a long and successful drone cleaning season in Norway, and the 2025 window cleaning and facade treatment season is now approaching its end.

KTV Working Drone exhibited at CMS Berlin last week with a professional indoor booth and a live outdoor demo. The big news was our Tech Partner opportunity, which received a fantastic response with 300+ organizations registering interest.

Throughout the show, the KTV Working Drone M 400 ran autonomous demonstrations non‑stop from morning to evening, drawing steady crowds and hands‑on conversations. This is the first time we open our technology for others to purchase and deploy through the Tech Partner program, and we are encouraged by the strong reception.

Our new surface‑treatment products KTV Eco, KTV Care, and KTV Nano also drew significant attention for performance and safety.

Looking ahead to 2026, we will focus on bringing KTV Working Drone technology to audiences in more regions worldwide.
